I believe in having a healthy mind and body, with a disabled mother, she showed me fitness is an absolute requirement to keep the heart and mind going at its best. I do hot mat pilates everyday and go to the gym regularly. In helping people achieve their fitness goals, not just for that dream body but strength and to just feel happier with themselves is my calling.
